RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Ayesha Ismail accepts Returns and Exchanges in the following instances:
1. Product (s) delivered is inaccurate than the one ordered
2. Product (s) delivered is damaged on receipt
In all the cases above, please be advised:
The product being returned for exchange should be in unused condition, with its original tags intact.

If the product delivered is incorrect, we can either do an exchange or can issue you a credit note which you can redeem against a purchase from www.ayeshaismail.com within the next 30 days.
The shipping costs for returning the product purchased for exchange will be borne by the ML team in this case.
2. Product (s) delivered is damaged on receipt
If the product delivered is damaged on receipt, we can either do a product replacement or we can issue you a credit note which you can redeem against a purchase from www.ayeshaismail.com within the next 30 days.

EXCHANGE PROCESS
After communicating with customer care on WhatsApp at +1-669-207-6622, please take the following steps to exchange:
Pack your item securely, in the original package if possible.
Courier the parcel back to us
You can return the products within 07 days of receiving them, in an used, unwashed and unaltered condition, along with the original tags. Please use the services of a trusted courier agency of your choice to return the product.
REFUNDS
We have a no refund policy unless the product is no longer available and in that case refunds are processed within 5 working days.
ORDER CANCELLATION
An order can be cancelled up to two days after it is placed. A refund will not be issued in this case. It will be in the form of store credit to be used at www.ayeshaismail.com within 90 days
