1. EXCHANGE POLICY
If you receive a product with defects, kindly notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will guide you through the return process to our address in Pakistan, with all associated shipping and customs charges. We conduct a thorough investigation upon receiving the defective product and proceed with a refund or replacement at our discretion. Generally, we do not accept exchanges or refunds, except in cases of verified defects or exceptional circumstances.
2. PRICE AND CONTENT INFORMATION
While we endeavour to maintain accurate pricing and content information, occasional errors may occur. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for items listed at incorrect prices or with inaccurate content descriptions. In such cases, we will contact the customer for further instructions and may choose to cancel the order at our discretion.
3. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for various reasons, including limitations on quantities, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications before accepting any order, and if cancelled, we will notify you.
4. DELIVERY CHARGES
Charges for international orders are calculated based on the destination and weight of the shipment. Duties and taxes are not included in the goods' price, and customs duty and tax charges are payable by the customer to the courier company upon delivery.
5. DELIVERY TIMELINES
“Ayesha Ismail” is responsible for dispatching your order and we strive hard to deliver them timely but we cannot control any delays caused by our courier partners. If concerns arise after dispatch, please contact the courier service directly. As each item is made to order, delays due to circumstances beyond our control may occur, and customers will be informed of any delays.
6. CUSTOM/DUTIES/TAXES
When ordering from www.ayeshaismail.com for delivery overseas, customers may be subject to import duties and taxes. Additional charges for Customs clearance are the customer's responsibility. Customs policies vary, and cross-border deliveries are subject to inspection by Customs Authorities.

8. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. You agree that the courts of Karachi, including any consumer courts, will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes you may have with us.

10. DISCLAIMER
We strive to ensure that the colours viewed on our website are an exact representation of the actual colour of the outfit. However, there may be minor variations due to several factors such as the nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dyeing, and differences in display output due to lighting, digital photography, colour settings, and the capabilities of monitors.
Please handle all our products with care as we use the most delicate fabrics and embroidery in our pieces. All our items are to be dry-cleaned only.
